What is Speedpay card？

"SpeedPay Mastercard is issued by ePaylinks Technology Co., Ltd. (SVF License Number: SVF0011)." in accordance with the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance”, and is sold and/or serviced by our company, SpeedPay Treasure Global Fintech Limited. SPEEDPAY card can be used at Mastercard online merchants worldwide, as well as at Mastercard POS terminals and ATMs.

2.What currencies are available for Speedpay cards?

Renminbi, Hong Kong dollars, and US dollars.

3.Can Speedpay card be overdrawn?

No. When the balance is insufficient to pay the transaction amount, the transaction will fail. Due to continuous authorization failures caused by insufficient balance, processing fees will be deducted. Please refer to the Speedpay card fee table for details.

4.About login, password and transaction password (card password)

The login password is the password you set yourself when you login for the first time.
The identity confirmation password used to login to the SpeedPay account again.
The transaction password (card password) is the password you need to enter when you conduct transactions (involving fund changes in the account) or obtain or change personal sensitive information.
Login password or transaction password (card password) is very important, please do not disclose your password information to anyone at any time.

5.How to do when you want to change or forgot the login password and transaction password?

The SpeedPay mobile APP has provided a "forgot password" service for the login password on the login interface. You only need to follow the steps to operate. You can also use SMS to log in securely. After successful login, go to "My" > "Security Settings" > "Reset Login Password" to perform corresponding operations.

6.How to recharge?

If you hold a Continental Bank card (account) and a mainland ID card, you can recharge your personal card through the online recharge method provided by Speedpay APP. We provide quick top-up and online banking recharge.
If you hold a bank account in Hong Kong, you can directly transfer from your bank account in Hong Kong to the corresponding personal card account of Speedpay ia the Faster Payment System function.
Please select transfer on the bank's mobile app or online banking, and enter the payee's information and amount:

7.How to withdraw/transfer funds to a bank account?

Withdrawal: Users need to upgrade to the real-name authentication account (T3) level first, and then they can withdraw cash at teller machines with MasterCard logo worldwide.
Transfer: Users need to upgrade to the real-name authentication account (T3) level first, and then they can transfer money to the bank account through the transfer function in the APP.

8.How many Speedpay Mastercard cards can I apply for at the same time?

Each mobile phone number can register an account, and after passing the real-name authentication, the account can apply for up to two real-name authentication (T3) cards (with a maximum balance of HKD 100,000 per card).

9.How to understand the card limit standards?

To ensure the safety of your card usage and comply with regulatory requirements, your card has set daily and annual limits. Please refer to the “Speedpay Limit Table" modified and published from time to time on the Speedpay official website.

10.How to access the transaction records?

You can check the transaction records at any time through the Speedpay mobile app. You can query up to 50 transaction records within the past year. If you need other forms of transaction record proof, you need to pay the fee for requesting transaction proof.

11.What information needs to be filled out when making online purchases?

In general, it is necessary to fill in the card number, card validity period, and security code. Some websites may need to fill in the cardholder's name; Billing address (the personal address you provided when applying for Speedpay).

12.What could be the reasons of transaction failure?

Common reasons for transaction failure include: insufficient asset credit balance; exceeding a specific transaction limit; abnormal card use (expired and invalid, changing the phone number within 24 hours, etc.) causes the card to be suspended; The merchant does not accept transactions for this card.
When encountering the above problems, you can follow the prompt information when the transaction fails to understand the reason. If you are prompted to contact the issuing bank, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to assist you in resolving the issue.

13.After an order is cancelled, when will the money be credited back to my account?

Generally, we will freeze the relevant funds before we receive the authorization cancellation instruction from the merchant.
Even if we have not received a revocation instruction from the merchant:
if the transaction amount is equivalent to or less than CNY100, the transaction amount will be automatically unfrozen after 15 days;
If the transaction amount is equivalent to CNY100.01- CNY5000, the transaction amount will be automatically unfrozen after 40 days;
If the transaction amount is equivalent to CNY5000 or above, the transaction amount will not be automatically unfrozen, and the merchant must actively revoke the authorization. Therefore, please remind your merchant to automatically revoke the authorization instruction after the order is cancelled.

14.What should I do if I lost my card?

Please lock your card immediately and apply for a replacement.
Please retrieve the 'Lost SpeedPay Card' ofthe corresponding personal card in the Speedpay app and email to cs@speedpay.com.hk for card replacement process.

15.What should I do when I want to cancel my Speedpay cards?

Please email to cs@speedpay.com.hk to apply for cancellation.

16.How to renew a personal card?

You can apply for renewal by submitting a renewal application through the SPEEDPAY website, by providing identification and relevant supporting documents, and entering a verification code. The renewal application period shall be within 90 days prior to the end of the effective date (the "Renewal Application Period"), with each renewal not less than 1 year. If successfully renewed, the original Speedpay Mastercard number and stored value will continue to be used.

17.If there is suspicion of card theft, what should be done?

Immediately contact our company to suspend the account and clearly inform us of the incident. Contact the merchant again to cancel the transaction and stop shipping the goods, and report to the police as soon as possible.

18.How and when should I apply for a chargeback?

Cardholders need to email within 45 days after the transaction to cs@speedpay.com.hk to submit the chargeback request.

19.What documents are needed for a chargeback request?

Chargeback application form (please request it from customer service), report records, and other evidence/documents for reference.

20.How long does the chargeback review take after I submit the application?

Usually within 90 days after submitting the application

22.What role does Speedpay play in the chargeback process?

Our company will submit the chargeback request to Mastercard as soon as possible and forward the data and documents provided by the cardholder for review.

23.How to authenticate with real name?

Click "Card Management > Identity Authentication" navigate to the web page, and use the camera to take a real-time picture of the front and back of the ID card, or the taken front and back of the ID card > take a selfie to complete the identity verification process > the data will be uploaded to the company, please wait for a few minutes at this time, do not close the web page > fill in the questionnaire > complete” in the APP. The processing time after submission is 1 working day.

24.How can I use a mobile wallet for spending?
