have identified a project operating under the name “DCGP Digital
Bank” which, without any authorization, cooperation, or approval
from our company, has falsely claimed a white-label partnership with
us and engaged in activities suspected of fraud.
Upon verification, this project applied for our card services by
impersonating individual applicants, and after the cards were
issued, illegally packaged, promoted, and misused our card products
for fraudulent purposes. Such actions are entirely unrelated to our
company and were neither authorized nor acknowledged by us.
In response, we have taken the following measures:
· The relevant batch of cards involved has been immediately frozen;
· Internal compliance and risk control investigations have been
initiated;
· We reserve the right to pursue further legal action against the
responsible parties.
We hereby solemnly declare that:
Our company has never established any form of cooperation with DCGP
Digital Bank, including but not limited to white-label card
issuance, joint operations, brand authorization, or technical
partnerships.
Any promotion, fundraising, or profit-related claims made in our
name or using our card products are solely acts of unauthorized
misrepresentation by the said project.
We strongly advise users and partners to remain vigilant and beware
of potential fraud. If you encounter suspicious promotions or have
suffered any loss, please report the matter promptly to local
regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
