withdrawal functions under a single SpeedPay account held by the same identity.
3: To make purchases outside Hong Kong, the source of recharge funds must be from the following
sources: Hong
Kong/foreign bank accounts, credit card accounts, or Hong Kong SVF institution verified user accounts.
Other sources of
funds are limited to local Hong Kong merchants (determined by the acquiring bank's registered address)
for consumption.
4: Hong Kong and overseas customers cannot make P2P transfers with mainland customers (based on
customer registration
identification).
5: Recharge funds from mainland China cannot be transferred to Hong Kong bank accounts.
6: Hong Kong and overseas funds are not allowed to be transferred to mainland china accounts with the
same name.
