Log in to "Google Play" or "App Store" to download the "SpeedPay APP"

Step 02

Account Registration

Register a "SpeedPay" account with your mobile number

Step 03

Card Application

Click on "Card Application"

Enter "ID name, mobile number, mailing address, settlement currency"

Step 04

Card Activation

In the app, click on "Card Management > Activate Card > Bind Mobile Number > Next > Set and Confirm Card Password > Get Verification Code > Confirm Submission"

Step 05

Physical Card Usage

T3 (account post real-name authentication): card recharging, making purchases, transfering funds, and withdrawing cash with increased transaction limits; cash withdrawals can be made at ATMs worldwide that support usage of MasterCard; transactions between bank accounts can be made through the transfer function within the app
