online spending, linkage with WeChat Pay and Alipay, as well as

2. Can this card be linked to WeChat or Alipay?
Yes. You can bind the SpeedPay Visa Card within WeChat or Alipay.
Once linked, it can be used directly for payments, online
shopping, and more.
3. How do I apply for and activate the card?
After completing real-name verification (KYC), you can apply for
the card. Upon receiving your card number, please follow the
activation steps within the SpeedPay App to start using it.
4. What spending scenarios does this card support?
It is accepted by all merchants within the global Visa network,
including major platforms such as Amazon, Netflix, ChatGPT,
Google, Apple Store, Taobao, and Pinduoduo.
5. Can I withdraw cash?
Yes. Cardholders can withdraw cash at any ATM displaying the Visa
logo. The single withdrawal limit is HKD 8,000, with a daily
maximum of HKD 20,000.
6. What is the repayment method for the credit card?
Repayment can be made via top-up or using the balance in your
SpeedPay account. The system will automatically deduct the amount
due.
7. How are annual fees and handling charges levied?
The credit card is subject to fees including an annual fee, cash
advance handling charges, and overdue fees. For specific fee
standards, please refer to the "VISA Card Fee Schedule" or
announcements within the SpeedPay App.
8. How is the security of my funds ensured?
SpeedPay employs bank-grade encryption technology and
multi-factor authentication mechanisms to ensure the security of
transactions and funds. You can also lock your card or unfreeze
your account at any time via the App.
9. What should I do if I lose my credit card?
Immediately lock the card via the SpeedPay customer service
hotline or the App. You can contact us for assistance in reissuing
a new card.
10. Are there usage limits for the VISA card?
Yes. Each cardholder is assigned a personal credit limit, with a
maximum single transaction amount of HKD 300,000. SpeedPay
periodically reviews and may adjust limits based on repayment
history and credit profile.
11. Does the Visa card have a physical version?
The SpeedPay Visa physical card supports offline spending and ATM
withdrawals. Card details (card number, expiry date, and CVV code)
for online payments can be obtained digitally.
12. How can I check my transaction history?
You can view all transaction records in real-time within the
SpeedPay App, including spending, withdrawals, handling charges,
and bill details.
13. What should I do if I identify a suspicious transaction?
Immediately lock the card via the SpeedPay App and contact
customer service to report the incident. We will assist in
investigating the matter and protecting your account
security.
14. Does the card support foreign currency transactions?
Yes. The SpeedPay Visa Card automatically settles all foreign
currency transactions using the Visa exchange rate, requiring no
additional currency conversion steps.
15. How are refunds (e.g., for cancelled orders) processed?
Once a merchant processes a refund, the funds will be
automatically credited back to your SpeedPay VISA card account.
The refund processing time generally ranges from 3 to 15 business
days, depending on the merchant and Visa system processing
times.
