The SpeedPay Black Card is a USD physical credit card issued by
SpeedPay in partnership with international JCB. It supports
spending at global JCB merchants and online payments.
2. Is a physical card provided?
SpeedPay issues a JCB physical card, which can be directly used
for credit card spending at any merchant worldwide displaying the
JCB logo.
3. Does the SpeedPay Black Card have a credit limit?
No. Before use, ensure that your SpeedPay account has sufficient
balance. Overdrafts or credit limits are not provided.
4. Can it be used with WeChat Pay, Alipay, or Ctrip?
Yes. The JCB card can be used for payments on multiple major
platforms, including Alipay, WeChat Pay, Ctrip, Meituan, DiDi
Chuxing, etc.
5. How are refunds handled?
Refunds will be returned to your SpeedPay Black Card. If the
transaction currency differs, the amount will be converted at the
prevailing JCB exchange rate before being credited.
6. What are the reasons for transaction failures or
rejections?
Possible reasons include: insufficient account balance, exceeding
transaction limits, suspected fraud, or violation of the terms of
use.
7. Who can use the SpeedPay platform?
Only individuals aged 18 or above, or companies operating
businesses in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, are
eligible to register and use the platform.
8. How should I protect the security of the SpeedPay App?
Please use a password or biometric authentication for login. Do
not share login information, change your password regularly, and
avoid installing the App on jailbroken or rooted devices.
9. What should I do if the card is lost or stolen?
Please immediately email cs@speedpay.com.hk or report the loss
through the App's customer service. SpeedPay can then suspend or
cancel the card.
10. Who is responsible for unauthorized transactions?
If losses result from user negligence or delayed reporting, the
user bears responsibility. If reported promptly, SpeedPay will
assist in investigating and stopping further losses.
11. How long does it take to receive funds after transaction settlement?
SpeedPay will instruct settlement as soon as possible after receiving the cleared funds. The specific cycle depends on card network regulations and agreement settings.
12. What are the possible deductible fees?
These include service fees, refund fees, chargeback fees, handling fees, currency exchange fees, and other items payable as stipulated in the SpeedPay agreement.
13. What are the consequences of violating the agreement?
SpeedPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, refuse settlement, and seek compensation for losses incurred due to the breach.
14. Which laws govern this agreement?
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
